Marketing Maven Welcomes Matt Phillips, Design & Digital Media Specialist

Marketing Maven Consulting, a brand management firm located in Great Bend, Kansas, is pleased to announce the addition of a new full-time employee. Matt Phillips, a Great Bend native, started full time with the company at the end of June as a Design & Digital Media Specialist. “Matt has been working with us for a few years on a part time basis, and we are thrilled that he is now joining us full time,” says Rachel Mawhirter, Marketing Maven’s owner and founder. “Matt’s work ethic, attitude, and experience will all contribute to meaningful client relationships and solid results. I am confident that he will thrive in his new role on our team.”

Phillips graduated from Great Bend High School before furthering his education at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City. He will continue pursuing a degree in Communications around his work schedule. “Marketing is a great career path, and I’m excited to continue growing and learning on the job while I finish my degree,” Phillips says. “Marketing Maven is the kind of company that fosters that growth. I can’t wait to serve our clients for years to come.”

Phillips will spearhead website design, video production, and social media as well as helping with graphic design, writing, and other projects to serve the firm’s growing list of clients around the state. Outside of work, Matt enjoys being active in his church, playing numerous musical instruments, and playing tennis. Matt lives in Great Bend, where his fiancé, Maya, will join him this fall after their wedding in October.
