Our Approach
We redesigned the website to feel clean, professional, and mobile-friendly. To solve both visitor and management issues, we implemented Wix CMS to allow the client to easily add, remove, and update listings without needing to create a new static page for each property. This not only streamlined their workflow but ensured consistent design and user experience across all listings.
We also rewrote the site’s messaging to better reflect Joiner Properties’ tenant-focused approach, making it more welcoming and informative. Using Wix’s 30-point SEO checklist, we optimized every page to improve search visibility, filling major gaps that were missing in the original website setup.
