Marketing & Communications Coordinator

This full-time, work-from-home position is perfect for the well-spoken and detail-oriented creative who loves to paint pictures with words and to organize projects in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, your time would be spent organizing and executing projects for the two types of clients we work with:

Brand Management.

Our team handles the marketing and public relations strategy for a variety of clients throughout the Midwest in different industries on a monthly retainer. We build lasting relationships with these clients, and there's always new and exciting deadlines to meet - creating and posting social media content, designing, writing press releases, producing videos, managing websites, sending out email marketing, and more.


Brand Development.

For other clients, we help with one-time projects as needed. Designing websites, shooting and editing a video series, promoting a fundraiser, designing a logo or print materials, etc. 

 

Between these two sides of our business, there is always a lot happening and we promise you'll never be bored. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will spend most of their time on project management, press release writing, brainstorming creative ideas, meeting with clients, and executing email marketing campaigns. Photography and graphic design would also be a plus. Based on your skills and experience, you can help write your own job description, determining the best way to leverage your individual strengths while still challenging you and creating opportunities to learn and grow.

 

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate a strong track record for exceptional communication, and possess a strong aptitude for technology. Knowledge of marketing and communications strategy also required. Writing samples will be requested. Preference will be given to applicants who also have graphic design and photography experience.

Staff outings and remote work options are among the other "perks" of joining a creative team like ours. Some travel may be required.
